Request Withdrawal

Product Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for unused products, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging, accompanied by the retail receipt or exchange card.

Customers may request a product exchange within fifteen (15) business days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges can be made:

  • Online through the customer account under "Withdrawals Requests".
  • At our physical store: 1 Chalandriou Street, Agia Paraskevi, Postal Code 15343, Greece.

Reshipping costs are charged to the customer according to the current shipping rate of €3.50.

Products purchased during promotional or discount periods are exchanged based on the current selling price applicable at the time of the exchange.

Right of Withdrawal

For purchases made through our online store, consumers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised electronically through the customer account:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to "My Orders".
  3. Select the relevant order.
  4. Click "Submit Withdrawal Request".
  5. Complete and submit your request.

You may track the status of your request through the "Withdrawal Requests" section of your account.

Defective Products

In the event that you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service department before returning the item.

Returns of defective products are subject to the provisions of Greek and European consumer legislation regarding defective goods and statutory warranty rights.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, returns are not accepted for the following categories:

  • Underwear
  • Food products
  • Books and maps
  • Pocket knives, multi-tools and knives
  • Diving masks and snorkels

This policy applies without prejudice to any rights granted to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.
